Optical fiber outer sheath is commonly coloured with UV-cured inks for colour coding of the fibers. Our service includes fiber inking service.

Tight buffering

Optical fiber is tight buffered, when handling of the fibers or protection of the fibers is to be enhanced. We perform tight buffering of fibers with UV-curable matrix acrylates as well as with thermoplastics. The matrix-tight-buffered fibers can be colour coded with same colours as per inking.
