We produce thin films with the vacuum evaporation method. We design and produce mirrors, filters (high-pass, low-pass, band pass and narrow band pass), beam splitters dicroich mirrors and anti reflection coatings.

All of the optics from our other departments can also be ordered coated!

We coat various substrates: quartz, glasses, coloured glass filters and plastics.

Materials for evaporation include

• Metals: Al, Cr, Ag, Au, Rh, etc.
• Dielectrics: Al2O3, TiO2, SiO2, HfO4, MgF2, etc.

We operate four vacuum chambers, three of which are fitted with e-beam guns. In addition, two of our chambers are fitted with IAD (Ion Assisted Deposition) equipment.

Since 2006, we also offer chemical and electrolytic coatings.
